Our Meeting Owl for Good devices are exclusively available to eligible nonprofit organizations with 501(c)(3) status.

Our Meeting Owl for Good devices deliver the same Owl experience you know and love, including immersive audio and video with intelligent speaker focus. The difference is that For Good devices are certified refurbished rather than new — and are available to nonprofits at a lower price.

Giving existing technology a second life helps extend its useful lifespan and reduces the need for otherwise functional devices to go to waste. Reuse has been a core part of the Meeting Owl for Good program since its launch.

To help make our “For Good” devices available to as many eligible organizations as possible, purchases are limited to 3 devices per customer. This limit helps ensure the program continues to support nonprofits with access to our immersive collaboration technology at a more accessible price.

If your organization has a tax-exempt status, you'll need to be registered as Tax-Exempt in our system before purchasing. To get registered, just send a copy of your tax-exempt certificate to sales@owllabs.com, and our team will help you from there.
