1. First, plug the Owl Bar into power at the front of the room and the Meeting Owl into power at the center of the table.

2. Next, download the Meeting Owl App to register your Meeting Owl and Owl Bar.

3. Then, plug the USB into the Owl Bar and your computer, open up your video conferencing software of choice, and select the Owl Bar as your camera, mic, and speaker.

The Meeting Owl and the Owl Bar leverage our proprietary device-pairing software to capture the in-room discussion from two angles: the front of the room and the center of the table. The devices intelligently communicate to determine the best view of an in-room speaker and to automatically switch between cameras to show the best view to remote participants.

Yes, you can use the Owl Bar as a standalone all-in-one video conferencing device in smaller spaces. We recommend pairing it with the Meeting Owl for the most immersive hybrid experience and to support larger meeting spaces.
