Owl Connect can be used with 2 Meeting Owl 3s, 1 Meeting Owl 3 and 1 Meeting Owl Pro, or 2 Meeting Owl Pros.
Decide which Meeting Owl will be your Primary Owl. This is the Owl that is connected to your host computer or Meeting HQ and will be positioned at the front of the room, closest to your display. Connect this Meeting Owl to your computer. Plug the power adapter into the Owl and an outlet. [recommend naming it xxxxx-Primary]
Download or open the Meeting Owl App.
If you have not set up your Owl before, go through the registration process. We recommend including “Secondary” in the device name. It is very important to connect your Owl to WiFi and download the latest software version available, otherwise, Owl Connect may not work.
Place the Secondary Owl 3-8 feet max (1-2.5m max) away from your Primary Owl, without any obstructions between them. Plug the other power adapter into the Owl and an outlet. This Owl will not be connected to a computer.
Ensure the two Owls are placed level with each other and that their eyes are facing each other. The camera lens on top of each Owl must be able to see the other Owl’s eyes to pair.
